Does Hyaluronic Acid supplements really work for anti aging?

It can - it depends on whether you’re deficient and how much you’re deficient. HA declines as we age and those who notice the most tangible benefits are people with joint problems, especially in the knees. However, it is also beneficial for skin and many other parts of the body, though the benefits may take longer to show up.
If you’re young and looking for preventative measures, HA is probably not the best way to do it, though it certainly wouldn’t hurt you. Maintaining youthfulness requires more than any individual supplement can provide - it’s a whole lifestyle of good choices. Physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental health all play a part in staying young.
Good genes are a plus, too……!
