<p>        Best Answer - Chosen by Asker<br />                   The most important key to anti-aging revolves around optimizing your body&#8217;s production of Human Growth Hormone (HGH) by staying as close to your ideal weight as possible, exercise, and healthy eating. </p>
<p>For people 40  years old, in addition to healthy food, nutrition includes taking HGH precursors to provide the body with the necessary nutrients and supportive hormones to optimize HGH production. This includes DHEA, stacked amino acids, and when need based on blood (or saliva) tests&#8230;bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (this includes testosterone for men).</p>

1. Progesterone is a primary precursor in the biosynthesis of the <br />
adrenal corticosteroids. Without adequate progesterone, <br />
