Why does my blackberry pearl delete text messages and not play sound all the time?
i just bought a blackberry pearl through sprint and ever since i plugged it into my computer it started deleting text messages and the sound will work only now and then… anyone know how to fix this?

Your Pearl is deleting call logs and sms messages because your internal memory is being taken up too quickly.

A hard battery pull is the easy method of resetting your device but you may want to go in and do some deleting on your own.

Try doing a hard reset: remove the battery from the BlackBerry while it is still powered on. Leave it out for about 20 seconds, then reinsert.
